CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY - We will be closed from 20th December 2020 to 18th January 2021. You are welcome to place an order during this time but please note that it will only be sent from 18th January 2021 onwards. Apologies for the inconvenience.
We are currently offering free standard delivery when you spend £20 or more, Discount will be applied automatically at the checkout.**
We offer 1st class (next business day) delivery for £5.50 or 2nd class delivery (2-4 business days) for £4.50 via MyHermes. Order cut off time is 1pm business days. Please note - No deliveries are made at weekends. Therefore if you place your order on a Saturday we will dispatch your order on Monday.
We are offering local delivery to the following postcodes:
SE3, SE4, SE5, SE6, SE8, SE10, SE13, SE14, SE15, SE16, SE21, SE24, SE26, SE27
Minimum order of £10.
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we can only accept returns if you can demonstrate (ideally by way of a visual representation) that the product is faulty e.g. passed its sell by date, broken or damaged packaging. In this instance, we will of course offer you a refund or replacement. We understand that sometimes accidents happen, so if for whatever reason your items are faulty, please do contact us in the first at firstname.lastname@example.org.
