Pasta with chilli oil, spinach and chorizo recipe

Ingredients:

(no quantities for this recipe because you can vary depending on how many portions you like, make a veggie version - or substitute spinach for another vegetable)

Pasta (works with any type, or amount)
Chorizo, sliced
Happy Eating House Chiu Chow Chilli Oil
Fresh spinach

Method: 

Boil the pasta in a saucepan with salt. In a separate pan, fry some chorizo with Chiu Chow Chilli Oil, stir until slightly golden and then set aside. Once the pasta is done, combine with a few teaspoons of chilli oil, and stir in the spinach which will wilt as the hot pasta cooks it. Sprinkle the chorizo on top and enjoy!
