Tofu and vegetable stir fry

Ingredients: 

1 pack of firm tofu, cubed
1/2 Chinese leaf, sliced (this can be replaced by another vegetable e.g. Pak Choi)
1 pepper, sliced
3-4 teaspoons of Happy Eating House Chiu Chow Chilli Oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3-5 teaspoons soy sauce (to taste)
3 teaspoons oyster sauce
A few splashes of boiling water
(Optional) Sprinkle of white pepper

Method: 

Chop the vegetables, tofu and set aside. Heat 1 teaspoon of the chilli oil in a pan, then add in the cubed tofu and gently fry on a medium heat. Add in the sliced pepper and Chinese leaf, keep stirring until they start to soften. Stir in the sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce and add 2 more teaspoons of the chilli oil (make sure you get lots of flakes!) - add a splash of water to create a little sauce. Let the mixture simmer until the Chinese leaf is completely wilted and the pepper is cooked, add a little more water if necessary. Serve with extra chilli oil and white pepper!
